Dave Waldron, President

A native of Montana,
Mr. Waldron attended the University of Montana and enlisted in
the United States Marine Corps and served in Viet Nam until
being discharged.
Returning to civilian
life Mr. Waldron attended the University of Montana where he
received a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to become a
Criminal Investigator with the Montana Department of Justice
before moving to Arizona.
During the first five years in
Arizona, Mr. Waldron served as Chief Operating Officer for
Informational Management Consultants, Inc. before becoming IT
Director for Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center in
Apache Junction.
Mr. Waldron and his wife
Kathleen reside in Apache Junction, Arizona where he has served
as Director to many community organizations and with the City of
Apache Junction as Commissioner and Chairman of the Planning
Commission and as a Council Member of the Apache Junction City Council. |

David Tiernan, Vice President

Mr.
Tiernan graduated from West Haven High School in West Haven
Connecticut. Shortly after working in the IT Department at
Absolute Recycling a company who's main focus was to recycle
equipment from businesses.
From
there he worked at Emtec, Inc. as a Systems Engineer
integrating IT solutions for many different fortune 500
company's.
Mid 2002
He moved to Arizona and in Early 2003 took a position as LAN
Support Specialist at Superstition Mountain Mental Health.
Throughout the
years Mr. Tiernan has worked in the Information Technology
field he has developed many programs that have been
integrated into the business to which he is associated.
Mr.
Tiernan and his Fiancé currently reside in Apache Junction.

Philip Thompson, Secretary

A native of Kansas, Mr. Thompson
spent most of his early years in Missouri. He attended the
United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.
Mr. Thompson spent seven years
with TWA as an economic analyst while attending Seton Hall
University receiving his B.S. degree in economics with a
minor in philosophy. He spent 20 years in Chamber of
Commerce management first with the Missouri State Chamber,
followed by the U.S. Chamber responsible for seven states and
with the Kentucky Chamber as President and CEO. Following
chamber work, he served as Executive Director of the Kentucky
Republican Party.
After moving to Arizona, he
served as Executive Director of the Arizona Travel Parks
Association.
Mr. Thompson and his wife live in
Mesa, Arizona and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren |

Daniel D. Austin, Treasurer
A native of Nebraska, Mr. Austin
graduated from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and The
Institute for Organizational Management at the University of
Santa Clara – California.
Upon serving with the United States Air
Force, Mr. Austin’s earlier career was in local Chamber of
Commerce Management and with the United States Chamber of
Commerce. Later, using his knowledge of Civil Engineering, he
developed and patented a Segmental Gothic Arch System and
production equipment in the manufacturing of main framing
supports used in industrial, agricultural and recreational
buildings. Upon semi-retirement, he founded The Arizona Winter
Visitors Association and served as its Chief Executive Officer
for sixteen years.
Mr. Austin and his
wife reside in Apache Junction, Arizona and is one of the
founders of Card4Life.
