We want you to use your Card4Life to it's fullest extent so it becomes a valuable part of the items you carry with you every day. As a result, Card4Life offers continuous e-mail support for any problems or questions you might have.
We warranty your Card4Life against any defects in the unit itself for a full 60 days. If for some reason your Card4Life fails to operate or the unit becomes unusable as a result of fair wear and tear, we will replace it up on receipt of your postage paid returned unit.
Included with each Card4Life unit is a set of instructions and there is a searchable Help file with in the unit as well. We do understand that people will have questions on how the unit works or how to perform a specific function, please feel free to send an e-mail request to the address below and we will respond as quickly as possible.

If you are using Norton anti-virus 2010, 2011 or Norton 360 V4, please disable the SONAR module of Norton BEFORE using your Card4Life. SONAR is causing headaches for many applications and the complaints are widespread.
If SONAR affects your Card4Life, e-mail Card4Life support for assistance.
